I ve learned sevarel important things as a result of your post. I d personally also like to express that there may be situation where you will make application for a loan and don t need a co-signer such as a U.S. Student Aid Loan. When you are getting a loan through a regular bank or investment company then you need to be willing to have a cosigner ready to help you. The lenders may base their decision on the few components but the largest will be your credit history. There are some loan providers that will additionally look at your job history and come to a decision based on this but in many instances it will depend on your rating.
